3. Refund Criteria and Evaluation: While refunds are offered as part of the premium memberships, obtaining a refund may involve a rigorous evaluation process. This process ensures that refunds are granted for valid reasons and genuine instances of unresponsiveness. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Customer Service and Travel Bookings: AI Trip Bot’s customer service team does not handle or manage travel bookings, including hotel and flight reservations.
5. Third-Party Providers: Any bookings, including flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services, are made through third-party travel providers. AI Trip Bot does not facilitate these bookings directly. As such, we are not responsible for any transactions, changes, cancellations, or issues related to these bookings. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the terms and conditions of these third-party providers.
6. Liability Limitation: AI Trip Bot, as an artificial intelligence travel service, cannot be held liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of its services.
